There are NO zero stars., my rating is 0 stars

They've been jerking my chain since June. Every ticket says something different, that is when they finally reply. They sent wrong item ( appears to be their MO). First I told them I wanted what I ordered, they said they don't do replacements. Finally I said give me my money back, Now they say they have shipped it from Warehouse. No matter how many times I've sent a "Ticket" stating I want a refund I have been ignored. DO NOT order from this rip-off company, you'll be sorry.

I was appalled at the condition of the shoe rack I received, I paid $35.68 for a used shoe rack, the box was opened & taped up with parts sticking out, this is unacceptable, I’m angry that I was thinking that I ordered something brand new & it’s not 😡😡😡😡😡

Do not buy

Save your money. Do not buy.
What I got was a complete off brand knock off version of what they advertised. Made a ticket to ask for the actual item that was advertised or a refund. Support jerked me around telling me to keep waiting 2-3 business days more then twice. Just to get another email saying that my ticket has been closed. They closed my ticket without even talking or trying to resolve the issue.

Ordered product paid for it and never got it.
Will never shop with this outfit again. Stay away from them they scam you.

After I posted this they sent email saying they would refund my March order. Said it would take 3-5 business days. I wonder how long it would have taken had I not posted ? They did at least acknowledge now we’ll see if the money shows up

Shipped late and fighting returns

I ordered a food sealer and it did not come within the expected ship time. No ability to track order through their site, no reference numbers, no recognition of my email address. Now I am fighting to ship back a product that came late and has been replaced already. Proceed Cautiously if you deal with DailySteals!

10 ft Off-Set Umbrella - fades and not watertight.

Purchased a 10 ft Off-Set Umbrella a year ago. After less than a year, it was faded and looked 10+ years old, plus the crank mechanism to open and close the umbrella leaks a brown liquid. Don't expect the products to last, nor expect them to care about any products After 30 days. I'll never purchase from them again.
